The Disability Studies Initiative (DSI) is hosting its first film screening of the year this Friday (9/20) from 4:00-6:00pm. We will be screening the film Far from the Tree. This documentary is about family dynamics when a family member has a disability. There will be light refreshments before the film. Afterwards, Professor Stramondo, who is featured in the film, will moderate a discussion.
