In the first session of the LGBTQ Center's leadership series, we'll talk about what LGBTQ+ identities have to do with leadership, and why being your fullest self can make you an effective leader. Guests from the career center will lead activities to identify personal strengths and strategies for community building. Food will be provided.

Led by Jamie Riley, PhD, this engaging and transformative workshop will seek to support students' ability to develop the awareness, knowledge, and skills necessary to transform their personal interest and desire to lead systematic and institutional change into true tangible action.
