The material covered by this training includes practical information on how to prevent and identify Prohibited Conduct and appropriate methods for responding to individuals who may have experienced Prohibited Conduct, including the use of nonjudgmental language. The training is required by Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
