Demetrice Baskerville

The Civil Rights Response Coordinator manages reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, ensuring effective response, resolution, and compliance. They coordinate with key university offices and stay informed on civil rights laws.  They also lead training and participate in outreach to promote awareness and compliance with UVA’s discrimination, harassment, and retaliation policies.
